I believe that complex organizational problems are solved by engaging people.

Organizations struggle with communication, lack of trust, and misalignment causing inefficiencies, rework, confusion, and disorganization.

This doesn’t have to be the case.

You can have:

  • An efficient organization that has everyone on the same page with a high level of trust.

  • A highly energized team that is aligned and passionate about your strategy and future.

  • A cohesive team that is made up of Big Picture thinkers and problem solvers that don’t get tied up in bureaucracy and drama.


Too often teams are formed by acquisition, re-orgs, or chance and managers are struggling to figure out why things “just aren’t working as well as they should be”. I hear this all the time and it is likely that one or more of the following things is happening:

  • You don’t have the right people in the right seats making progress towards your business goals.

  • Your organization is focused on improving processes and systems instead of looking at the people dynamics where the real issues lie.

  • Your people are not all aligned (or don’t know) your company values and are being tripped up by unnecessary bureaucracy.

If your team isn’t performing to their potential and it is causing disruption or frustration because you know that it can (and should) be better, I am available to work with leaders and team members to uncover and fully understand where the root of the issues lie and build a plan to resolve it.

  • Employee Engagement – when employees are showing up to the job but are not excited about or seeing their contribution to the bigger picture.  

  • Facilitation – when you want to hear what your employees have to say and want everyone to have the opportunity to participate in the discussion.

  • Culture & Team Dynamics – when there is a lack of team flow (or conflict) that affects the day-to-day operations, or you know your team has potential to do more and you just aren’t seeing the results.

  • Leadership Development – working to develop the leadership capability in your organization.

  • Challenging Employee Issues – when you have tried different approaches to work with employees and you aren’t seeing results and you are stuck figuring out what to do next to support them and improve their performance.

Having worked with multiple teams, my experience is that there is often more than one thing happening and I will work with you to clearly identify which areas need the most focus and attention.

A bit about me…

I work with teams to sort through the chaos of change. I have over 10 years in corporate environments leading organizations through significant transitions and transformations in IT, business processes, leadership changes, and policy changes. My strength is helping leaders to navigate through changes while retaining employee engagement and making progress towards your business goals.
